She says: “We practice employee recognition on a daily basis through a peer-to-peer web based platform using both “every day” recognition as well as points based recognition. We then have the ability to nominate anyone companywide for a Quarterly Award which then means these team members are eligible to win the pinnacle award which is “President’s League”. This event is celebrated over a weekend of mix and mingling with executives, board members, and is for the winner and their spouse. This program has been in place since 2012 and we are looking at how we can revitalize the program to ensure it is still having the impact that we want to have on our team members.”
