He says: “We host daily meetings with Managers and Supervisors. At the end of the meeting we have them nominate Rock Stars. A Rock Star is based on 5 components: 1) Working Safely, 2) Producing Quality Parts, 3) Production & Efficiency to standards, 4) Positive Attitude and Attendance, 5) “Show Ready” – area clean and presentable everyday.”
