She says: “Then we pull all milestone service anniversary’s together annual for big dinner event where they can bring guest, their supervisor, manager, director and VP attend. At this event we give a plaque which is expanding to include other symbols ex. donation to their favorite charity, other gifts. It is a nice event.”
