She says: “Whenever a customer calls or emails the office with a compliment for a job that was done, we give the employees involved a letter of recognition that tells them the job and who the customer contact was that nominated them for the recognition. I send the letter and a certificate or recognition is signed by the VP of Operations that indicates the job name on the certificate. These are then put in a large envelope that is presented to the recipient by either the VP of Operations, Operations Manager, or me (HR Director) if someone from Operations is not able to do it.”
