We’re excited to announce our major product updates for November 2021. This feature summary includes an exciting and more modern look and feel to our Advanced Analytics feature and much more.
Refreshingly New Workify Advanced Analytics
A critical aspect of engagement insights is the ability to leverage real business intelligence and true analytics for your employee feedback. And as a result, we’ve invested a lot of the years to provide you, and your stakeholders, with a superior experience.
In fact, this is one of the top reasons why companies choose to partner with us (in addition to our commitment to delivering amazing client success experiences). So, we are thrilled to finally announce the arrival of our new advanced analytics platform.
There’s an awesome collection of features in this month’s release that are sure to make you want to deploy a Workify survey so you can navigate the results using these amazing new dashboards.
Here are some of the key highlights of the feature updates we’ve made:
- New Color Gradient – we’ve moved to a blue-red gradient which allows us to further move away from creating bias while still highlighting strength and weaknesses in scores
- Streamlined User Interface – since we’ve increased the number of visualizations options, we realized it was time to clean shop – so we optimized your navigation experience and made it more intuitive by reorganizing menu bars and tabs
- Improved Slicing and Dicing – with a real analytics experience, our users love to slice and dice their data and we have made this even easier by allowing you to easily change your demographics while in full screen mode
- Easier Access to Scoring Methods – we have our favorite scoring system to visualize results. However, we know that you may have your own preference so we’ve made it easier to view your data on difference scales
