It’s WOW Wednesday! HR leaders, execs, and managers: How do you WOW the people who go above and beyond for you in your business? Or, how have you been WOWed?

She says: “We have started a section in our newsletter called The Co-Worker Connection. It is basically a way for people to get to know others outside their department. In that we also recognize how long they have been with us. Some are long time employees and others are shorter but it’s a way to recognize all employees at some point in time.”
