How to Send New Hire Surveys

Before getting into the details of sending an exit survey, here are some quick reminders about the Workify platform. 

  • Workify will use the employee data that is held in the system at the time the survey goes live.
  • Please make sure your employee data is up to date before launching the exit survey.
    • Based on the cadence that works for your company, most companies do a data upload of their updated employee census on a bi-weekly basis.
How to Send New Hire Surveys

First, you’ll want to click on Employee Experience along the top navigation bar. Then select ‘Send Surveys’ along the left hand side under the New Hire survey type.

Once you’re on this page, you’ll need to search for the employee that needs a New Hire survey pack sent. Once the employee is found, you’ll select the ‘Send New Hire Survey’ button on the right hand side.

From there, the system will ask you if you are sure you want to send this New Hire survey and you can press ‘Yes Send It’.

How to Send New Hire Surveys

Based on the survey pack you have built, the system will create all of the surveys in a pack and send each of the New Hire surveys based off of their start date in the system.

You can select to send the New Hire survey pack for an employee as soon as you add the employee into the system. The system will know to schedule the surveys accordingly. 

For example, if you have three surveys in your New Hire survey pack and the first survey  in the pack is a ‘One Month’ survey, Workify will create all three surveys and will send the initial survey one month after the employee’s start date.

Shortly after sending, the survey will be accessible under the ‘View & Manage Surveys’ section on the left hand side. Please note – there could be delay in seeing your new survey in the View & Manage section since Workify is processing several things on the back-end.
