Elle Er: "To Me, Work is an Opportunity to Be Passtionate"

Elle Er, Terryberry Mid-Atlantic Account Manager, describes her “Ah ha!” moment at work.
During an intense training week for new recognition consultants, Elle worked to grasp the many technical details of Terryberry’s recognition programs. For her, the role became more than just a job when she herself was recognized for her efforts by the National Sales Manager. This experience fueled her passion to help organizations provide that kind of experience for their employees.

“We change the perception of employees about their organization. What I am passionate about is being that driving force behind an organic growth,” says Elle.
