She says: “I was recognizing one of my employees for 5 years of service with our company. When asked what she would like to do to celebrate her service anniversary with her co-workers, she said she wanted the money donated to one of her charities. I did that, but also celebrated her anniversary in our next staff meeting with two decorated cookie cakes.”
