Help Remote Employees Understand the “Why” Behind the Work
Workers need to understand the “why” behind their work in order to be most effective and fulfilled. What is the mission, vision and values that drive their tasks? This is particularly important for remote workers, who are physically disconnected from the workplace. An important way for leaders to reinforce the “why” behind the work is to consistently recognize employees for their contributions toward the company mission.
Communicate Your Organization’s Core Values
