Today’s WOW Wednesday comes from Amber.
She says: “We have letters and pins we give at certain intervals. We also give crystal apples at 5 and 10 years. This is only our 15th year, so we have celebrated that yet. We also have employee celebration and thank you days in the office – ice cream and cupcakes are distributed. During the start of school, we also bring in lunch for a week for our employees.”

If you really want to WOW your employees, you need to show them how much they worth. A great way to do it is to turn the valuable ideas into prizes.
