Terryberry's Give a WOW Peer Recognition Program recently implemented a new Employee Engagement Summary feature.
The new Engagement Summary report offers added functionality to the Give a WOW program's Admin Dashboard. This new tool provides customers with at-a-glance comparison stats on usage and participation over time. The report is designed to help program administrators quickly monitor how their employees are engaging with the recognition program.
This feature is an automatic upgrade for existing customers and is part of Terryberry's ongoing innovation in social-media style employee recognition.
