HRCI Partner Webinar – Recognition Between the Lines: How Sentiment Tells a Different Story

Webinar

08/13 | 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM ET

This session explores how employee recognition shapes key drivers of sentiment—like purpose, wellbeing, and belonging—and how those drivers connect to outcomes such as eNPS and retention. We’ll share data-driven insights that reveal the deeper story behind recognition: not just who’s being recognized, but how that recognition is perceived and felt. By breaking down recognition data by employee sentiment, we uncover actionable patterns that help organizations listen more effectively and respond with impact.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the Link Between Recognition and Sentiment: Learn how employee recognition directly influences core sentiment drivers—such as purpose, wellbeing, and belonging—and how these, in turn, affect engagement metrics like eNPS.
  • Leverage Recognition Data as a Listening Tool: Discover how to use recognition data not just to track activity, but to interpret how employees are feeling and what they value—turning recognition into a powerful form of organizational listening.
  • Identify Actionable Insights to Drive Retention and Engagement: Gain strategies for breaking down recognition data by sentiment to uncover trends, spot gaps, and implement targeted actions that strengthen culture and improve employee experience.
