As Director of Client Success, Marcy McMahon brings over 25 years of experience helping organizations align people strategies with business outcomes. A certified SHRM-CP and experienced leader in people operations, she partners with clients to build inclusive, purpose-driven cultures where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Prior to joining HR Collaborative, Marcy served as Vice President of People Operations at Mel Trotter Ministries, where she led strategic transformation initiatives, built high-performing teams, and fostered a culture of belonging. With a background in hospitality consulting and operations—including launching more than 20 restaurant concepts—Marcy brings a systems-thinking approach to solving complex organizational challenges.
Known for her warm leadership style and deep belief in the potential of people, Marcy is passionate about helping small and mid-sized businesses navigate change, develop leaders, and grow intentionally. She’s energized by collaboration and loves creating environments where people and performance flourish side by side. Outside of work, Marcy enjoys spending time with her family and out in nature.
