In this experiential workshop, we will practice 3 guided meditations designed to promote wellbeing. Mindfulness has exploded in popularity and has proven benefits for mental and physical health. What many people don’t know is that mindfulness is a very small part of a rich contemplative tradition that offers thousands of different meditations designed for various outcomes.
This workshop is designed like an hour-long meditation retreat, in which we will explore different practices that help us connect with our innate wisdom and emotional wellbeing. This webinar will teach participants to learn how to practice these meditations and how to apply their benefits in their work.

About the Presenter
Bill Belanger M.A. is the CEO and founder of Integrated Mind Training, a firm providing mental wellness workshops and coaching to businesses. Bill is also the founder of Healbright, a digital mental health company that provides a library of mental health video programs to more than a dozen leading healthcare platforms.
Bill was trained as an individual and group psychotherapist and has worked with leading psychologists to develop mental health programs on topics like PTSD, Mindfulness, Resilience, and Peak Performance. In addition to his psychological training, Bill has extensive training in Buddhist Psychology and meditation. He has studied various contemplative systems in Buddhist monasteries in Bhutan, Nepal, and Thailand, and has also worked leading western meditation teachers in the U.S. Bill is passionate about making the practices from various traditions simple and accessible.
