In this experiential workshop, we will practice 3 guided meditations designed to promote wellbeing. Mindfulness has exploded in popularity and has proven benefits for mental and physical health. What many people don’t know is that mindfulness is a very small part of a rich contemplative tradition that offers thousands of different meditations designed for various outcomes.

This workshop is designed like an hour-long meditation retreat, in which we will explore different practices that help us connect with our innate wisdom and emotional wellbeing. This webinar will teach participants to learn how to practice these meditations and how to apply their benefits in their work.

Learning Objectives:

  • Skills to manage one’s emotional states for peak performance in the workplace
  • Emotional intelligence strategies for effective employee management
  • How articulating a higher life purpose leads to peak performance, meaning, and flow at work
