This webinar uses the FSDI (Failure, Stress, and Discomfort Index) to explore how we can improve communication and interaction by understanding differences in how individuals navigate discomfort and conflict.

In this webinar, participants will learn to:

  1. Identify their own personality tendencies, utilizing the FSDI (Failure, Stress, & Discomfort Index) (Understanding Self).
  2. Identify how their personality tendencies influence their reactions, behaviors, and communication styles.
  3. Consider the harmony and conflict between different personality types.
  4. Practice reframing potentially difficult interactions to improve communication.
