Resending Survey Link
If someone reaches out to you and tells you they can’t find their email or text for the live survey, follow these steps to resend their survey link.
WATCH VIDEO TUTORIALS – HERE’S HOW TO:
1. Find the active survey you need to resend the link for.
2. After you’re in the survey, click Communications on the left side bar.
3. Now you should see the RESEND SURVEY LINK search. Search for the users you’d like to resend the link to, and choose as many users as you need to add.
4. After choosing all the right users, click the Send now button to resend the survey link. After this is selected, the participants you chose will automatically get resent their invitation to participate in the survey.
5. If you can’t find who you’re looking for, go to the Name & Participants section of the Survey Builder to add them to the survey. As always, if you have any questions, please contact us at clientsuccess@getworkify.com.
