Terryberry Product Spotlight – Employee Well-being: Mental Health as a Performance Driver
Webinar05/20 | 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM ET
RegisterThe evolution of workplace well-being has come full circle—from early human rights advocacy to a boom in wellness programming, and now back to record-low engagement and well-being scores (Gallup, 2024). According to the National Safety Council, for every $1 invested in employee mental health support, organizations can see a return of $4 through reduced absenteeism, increased productivity, and decreased health care costs. Yet many HR leaders struggle to move beyond awareness into action by developing a data-driven strategy for investing in mental health.
This webinar demonstrates how Terryberry’s engagement model provides a structured framework for measuring, analyzing, and improving well-being across your organization. Discover how Terryberry’s integrated platform identifies mental well-being opportunities through targeted surveys while delivering personalized resources employees can access any time. Our solution connects survey insights with tailored content— including guided meditations, stress management tools, and cognitive behavioral techniques—while providing HR with the aggregated data needed to demonstrate clear ROI to leadership and drive meaningful organizational change.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Understand how well-being fits within Terryberry’s engagement model and impacts other critical engagement pillars
