What you will be doing:
- Frequently working on and enhancing internal day-to-day

Responsibilities:
>Batch and submit AwardChoice and AwardTrac orders
>Write (data entry) phoned, faxed, emailed orders into Remote
Order Entry System (ROES).
>Process artwork requests for new rings or emblems.
>Monitor and communicate order progress as requested.
>Check for rejected orders and correct, then resubmit.
>Check on past due accounts (receivables) and follow up with
sales rep.
>Write basic program (recipe) for orders in ROES.
>Calculate and communicate pricing for sales rep or
customer.
>Provide quote correspondence.
>Research/investigate issues, availability, etc for orders.

associate to join our growing Chicago-based sales team. This
individual will be responsible for outside sales and business
development through cold calling, networking and other sales
techniques. Candidates must be aggressive, polished and
professional. A stable work history that illustrates
professional advancement is very desirable. Travel is
required and will primarily consist of travel in downtown Chicago
and the immediate surrounding areas. Base Salary commensurate
with experience plus commission.
