Sales Development Representative

Position Overview
Terryberry is looking for a high-energy, driven individual with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. You will learn our business interacting with clients of all levels in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. From facilitating the early engagement process with leads, to conducting calls and qualifying for further advancement through the sales pipeline, the ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a high energy sales environment.
Responsibilities
Develop leads into prospects from a variety of lead sources by:
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion
- Researching prospects using a variety of tools and sources to gain an understanding of business needs
- Making phone calls, sending emails, video and connecting through social media channels to qualify leads and book meetings for Account Managers
- Creating a great first impression for our prospects by providing them with a world class experience
- Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through follow-up communication
- Maintaining detailed records in Salesforce.com on each customer interaction and next action
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Ability to influence others and build rapport quickly – especially over the phone
- Strong desire and ability to learn and effectively use software for automated sales opportunity development
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other sales tools will be helpful
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview
Terryberry is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with our business goals. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, the HRBP will provide partnership for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day to day HR support, and execution of company strategies. This is a unique opportunity to influence our company culture, help develop our high-performing teams, and ensure the success of our workforce as we expand.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership, team members, and the HR team to support and execute people strategies that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, preferably within high-growth SaaS or tech environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnering
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that HR initiatives support overall company goals.
- Act as a consultant to managers, offering insights on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Analyze people data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop recommendations for improved performance.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment efforts across the organization in partnership with leaders and hiring managers to attract and identify talent to build a high-performing team.
- Coordinate the interview process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation.
3. Talent Management & Development
- Lead initiatives to retain and develop talent within the organization.
- Deliver talent management programs, including career development, succession planning, performance evaluation, and coaching support for managers and leaders.
- Facilitate team member onboarding, training, and development programs to drive growth and engagement.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, handling workplace situations with a focus on conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Lead initiatives to enhance team member engagement, gather feedback, and address cultural and operational challenges as they arise.
5. HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures as needed.
- Advise on best practices, maintain HR documentation, and support internal audits and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Proven track record of influencing and supporting leaders in a high-growth, dynamic organization.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and experience with employee relations and recruiting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and India, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with high levels of autonomy.

Production Office Assistant (Part Time)
Hybrid Role | Grand Rapids, MI
Position Overview
Terryberry is looking for a customer and company focused, detail orientated individual to join our Order Processing Team. This role is an essential order-control and administrative liaison between manufacturing, shipping, accounting, and account management teams. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, customer service experience, and comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
Schedule & Work Hours
This is a part-time, onsite role working 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Print and prepare manufacturing work orders and office copies.
- Distribute work orders to manufacturing staff and deliver updated documentation as needed.
- Maintain physical and digital order files in accordance with company standards.
- Collect, sort, and match shipping receipts for invoice submission.
- Process and notify account managers of recipient items mailed in for repairs or recognition program upgrades.
- Assist recognition recipients by phone or in person as needed.
- Communicate order status updates to account managers as requested.
- Manage the process for packages returned due to bad addresses, making sure each are addressed and reshipped in a timely fashion.
Skills and Experience Required
- Expertise in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Strong computer proficiency with confidence in learning new computer programs quickly.
- Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and performing basic data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage physical paperwork alongside digital systems.
- Ability to move throughout the office and manufacturing facility as required for the role.

Position Overview
Terryberry is looking for an experienced, results focused Buyer to join our Procurement Team. Our ideal candidate is a professional with knowledge of purchasing best practices and product merchandising. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic & international vendor relationships, including distributors and brokers.
- Manage all aspects of specific categories (SKU assortment, pricing, rebates, discounts).
- Support the Custom Awards Team by managing projects, quoting new items, and providing creative ideas
- Lead internal collaboration with various departments such as Accounting, Receiving, and Shipping to improve service levels.
- Uses analysis and industry information to drive the direction of product offerings in assigned categories by focusing on pricing, assortment, and marketing.
- Prepares and executes RFQ’s for goods and services to support on-site manufacturing operations.
- Review quotes, negotiate contract terms and award business.
- Discover, evaluate and ultimately on-board new vendors.
- Maintain and monitor stock levels, forecast order quantities based on inventory and sales information.
- Identify slow moving items and develop plans for removal, return, or disposal.
- Participates or leads special projects driving efficiencies; vendor performance programs, and attends trade shows.
