“We’ve seen an increase of 15% year-on-year sales. The criteria for gifts allocation is based on all 3 areas; loyalty, hard work and increase in market share. We trialled it for 3 months before rolling out to the wider retailer audience once we knew it was going to be the success we had hoped.
Overall there were over 3,000 retail staff eligible to join the scheme. They were really excited to be offered such a great opportunity to enthuse and importantly, motivate their sales teams to secure incremental business they may have lost to a competitor prior to the launch of the gifts scheme."
