Is Be Well a standalone product or do I need the full Be Engaged platform?

Be Well has the greatest impact as part of our full Be Engaged program, but can be used as a highly effective standalone employee wellness program. Terryberry provides three tiers—Wellness Core, Wellness Plus, and Wellness Pro, designed to meet your needs. Our sales team is happy to walk you through your options and meet you where you are.

We’ve seen low participation with other employee wellness engagement platforms, what makes Be Well different?

Many employee wellness engagement platforms see low participation for one of three reasons: the experience isn't inclusive (of various fitness levels, ages, body types, or interests), it isn't social (there's no community or competition), or it isn't personalized (everyone gets the same generic content). Be Well solves all three. An activity converter gives every employee a way to participate. Team challenges and leaderboards make it social. A science-backed 7-question assessment delivers a plan tailored to each person's actual challenges. Participation rates go up when people feel like the program was built for them.

Will my employees' personal health data be kept private?

Employee privacy is protected. Program analytics and reporting are designed to give HR administrators and leadership insight into participation rates, challenge completion, steps logged across teams, etc. without revealing individual employees' personal health information or responses. Employees can engage honestly with their wellness plans knowing their personal data isn't visible to their employer. If your organization has specific data privacy or compliance requirements, our team is happy to walk through the details.

Can employees earn rewards for participating in wellness challenges?

Absolutely. Employees can earn points for completing challenges, hitting milestones, and participating in wellness activities. Be Well integrates seamlessly with Terryberry's recognition and rewards modules, where points can be redeemed for name brand products, experiences, charitable giving, company products, and more.
