She says: “We featured an applause wall for Call Center recognition. When customers called in to praise a CSR, a note was placed on the wall, or if a peer or other employee recognized the employee for helping them, or seeing them do something above and beyond, an applause card was placed on the board. The awards were placed on the board during a team lunch and read aloud before they were placed on the applause board.”
