she say: “Our Employee Recognition Committee meets monthly to select a Quality Service Award winner each month and a Team Quality Service Award each quarter. The team award involves a traveling trophy that is displayed in the department. Both awards are presented at a ceremony in the respective department. The award is presented by our President/CEO, who is photographed with the winners (the photo appears in the local newspapers), and then the winners celebrate with a small reception consisting of cookies and soda.”
