Regional Sales Representative - Northwest Texas
The Terryberry Company, a leader in the employee recognition industry since 1918, is currently looking for a regional account manager to join our growing North Texas sales team. This individual will be responsible for outside sales and business development through cold calling, networking and other sales techniques to move customers through the sales funnel with minimal supervision. Candidates must be aggressive, polished and professional. A stable work history that illustrates professional advancement is a plus. Base Salary commensurate with experience plus commission.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office and CRM skills desirable
Other requirements:
• Strong customer service skills and relationship building.
• Ability to perform within a salary + commission sales compensation program
• Problem resolution and conflict management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
